Ford Motor Co.'s board of directors on Monday declared a first-quarter regular dividend of 15 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on March 2 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 13. The Dearborn automaker is scheduled to report 2025 annual and fourth-quarter earnings on Feb. 10, though Ford in December said a majority of $19.5 billion in costs of special items from a redeployment of electric vehicle assets will hit in the final three months of the year. At the time, it predicted 2025 adjusted operating earnings to be about $7 billion.

Crosstown rival General Motors Co. last week announced an 18-cent quarterly cash dividend as it reported a $3.3 billion net loss in the fourth quarter of 2025 for outsized electric vehicle investments and annual net income of $2.7 billion.
