Sylvester Stallone's a Florida man these days -- and living large

MIAMI — Just as you’d expect from one of Hollywood’s most famous action heroes, Sylvester Stallone is living large and in charge.
The “Rocky” star, 79, became a Florida man after he and his wife Jennifer Flavin, 56, snapped up an incredible 13,241-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach’s North End in late 2020.
Price tag: A cool $35.4 million.
The Stallones, married 28 years with three grown daughters, opened the doors of their compound, built in 2014, for a tour, in the latest issue of Veranda magazine.
Besides a private beach, the seven bedroom, 10 bathroom waterfront estate has a number of other fabulous amenities. Think: A gym (naturally), library, movie theater, elevator, temperature-controlled wine room, fireplaces galore, vaulted ceilings, pool/spa and more than 250 feet of water frontage. (The actor’s plans to build an underwater barrier, to keep prying boaters away, was axed late last year.)
The palatial abode, which got a glam makeover by celebrity interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, also features Stallone’s immense art collection, a work in progress.
“It’s like furniture,” said the Hollywood icon said of his collection that includes a Botero in the entryway. “Messing around, moving it around, constantly restimulating our minds.”
And, good to know: If you ever get a coveted invite over there, just relax and make yourself comfortable.
“I’ve always made every house we’ve ever had a home,” Flavin said. “I don’t care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children — nothing we own is precious.”
