Taylor Swift brought a special "energy" to Selena Gomez's wedding.
The Cruel Summer hitmaker was in attendance to watch her pal marry Benny Blanco over the weekend and the bride's Wizards of Waverly Place onscreen father, David DeLuise, admitted one of his favourite moments at the ceremony was speaking to the 35-year-old singer.
He said on his wife Julia DeLuise's Instagram Story: "If I have to say one [great moment], it's being around Taylor. She's just amazing. The energy that was popping off of her."
Julia agreed, noting the pop megastar's presence was like an "angel descended" when she came over to their group, which also included fellow Wizards of Waverly Place star Jennifer Stone.
Julia said in a separate Instagram Story: "She walked over while we were waiting for Selena to come to get married, and she knows Jennifer, so she came straight toward us.
"When she walked in, all these other people were already there, but it was like the heavens opened up and an angel descended, and it was her. She walked in and she walked up to us and we talked."
But the couple were also enchanted by the wedding ceremony.
David added: "Being there for the actual vows. Everything that was said was so great. And when they opened the curtain for the first time in the day, the sun came out and it was sunset behind her. It was as if they were like, 'Don't worry. Cue the sun!'"
Julia added: "I said to David afterwards, I was like, 'The sunset was fake, right?'"
While the veteran actor was "crying, of course, the whole time," he loved getting to spend quality time with his wife.
He said: "The dancing was my favourite part, the dancing with my wife."
