Tobey Maguire officiated his ex-wife's wedding at the weekend.

The Babylon actor split from Jennifer Meyer a decade ago and their divorce was finalised last month, six years after they filed to end their union, and over the weekend, the 51-year-old star played a key role in the jewellery designer's nuptials to Geoffrey Ogunlesi.

According to People magazine, Jennifer and Geoffrey tied the knot at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii on Saturday (10.10.26), with guests including Rachel Zoe, Courteney Cox, Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, and Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren, with Tobey overseeing proceedings.

The former couple's children Ruby, 19, and Otis, 17, were also in attendance, as was the daughter Jennifer and Geoffrey welcomed into the world earlier this year.

Tobey and Jennifer were legally declared single on 21 September.

Court documents read: "Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated, and the parties are restored to the status of single persons."

The pair bifurcated their marital status, meaning the court has given the exes a separate trial to resolve "other issues" in their divorce. The specifics of those outstanding matters are not known.

Tobey and Jennifer also agreed to have a private judge oversee any outstanding disagreements as they work towards finalising a larger settlement.

The pair met in 2003 when he was shooting the sport/documentary film Seabiscuit at Universal Studios, and they got engaged in April 2006.

Tobey and Jennifer welcomed their daughter Ruby in November that year; they tied the knot in Kona, Hawaii, in September 2007, and welcomed son Otis in May 2009.

In October 2016, Tobey and Jennifer split after nine years of marriage, and she filed for divorce in October 2020.

The couple said in a joint statement at the time: "After much soul-searching and consideration, we have made the decision to separate as a couple.

"As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship."

Jennifer previously admitted she and Tobey are still very close.

Appearing on an episode of the Broad Ideas with Rachel Bilson + Olivia Allen podcast, she explained: "Tobey is my best friend now. We travel together, we do every holiday together, I'm so lucky.

"I literally have the best ex-husband in the world, and I hit the jackpot. I honestly don't know what I would do without him in my life. I ride for him so hard. He's so phenomenal."

Tobey is even on good terms with Jennifer's partner, but she admitted their positive arrangement is the result of "a lot of work".
