NEW YORK — The widow and stepson of professional wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan are reportedly being sued for providing booze at a party where a girl was sexually assaulted.

Two unidentified plaintiffs allege that Melanie Sky Daily Bollea supplied alcohol for a bash thrown by her teenage son Hayden Hitt, according to civil suits reviewed by TMZ.

Bollea, who hasn’t responded to TMZ’s report, allegedly knew minors would be present at the March 28 party that took place while she attended a Real American Wrestling Event.

An accuser identified as minor Jane B. Doe alleges she was raped by an identified man at Hitt’s bash. The host is said to have referred to the incapacitated plaintiff as “free p–” in a group chat. Her suit charges that she was assaulted for hours in a room while Hitt guarded the door. The accuser said a malt beverage given to her at the party caused her to lose consciousness. She claims to have collected a semen-filled condom as evidence.

Another unidentified plaintiff with knowledge of that party is accusing Hitt of getting violent with her while she lived with him and Bollea. She alleges Hogan’s widow would convince her not to push the issue. That accuser claims to have a text from Bollea sent the night of the bash saying “I’m sorry he’s acting out” and urging her to wait until morning to reevaluate the conflict.

When the second plaintiff called the police, she said Bollea tossed her belongings outside of the house.

Hitt is said to have messaged her the following day asking that she delete potentially incriminating texts. That accuser said police in Florida closed the case when she wanted to press charges due to Bollea’s influence. She’s suing for battery. The other litigant alleges negligence.

Hulk Hogan, whose birth name was Terry Bollea, died in July 2025 from natural causes. He was 71. He and his yoga teacher wife had been married nearly two years when the wrestler died, according to People.
