The Story of You
Mercury and Pluto in opposition emphasizes the necessity to express what's meaningful to you. Don't let other people tell your story. It will benefit you to put the truth of your experience in your own words. "This is what happened. This is how I felt. This is what I noticed." You'll need this later. Also, it doesn't need to be logical. It just needs to be yours.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You'll take the time to consider your place in recent events and how you feel about what's occurred. It awakens you to what's real for you. You begin to see not just what you're doing, but why.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). You absolutely love how it feels to help others, but you dislike the emotions that come with needing help yourself. You're worried people will disappoint. The thing is, it would be unfair not to give them a chance to feel the helper's high too.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Keep going until you make something you're completely satisfied with. The difference between a hit and a miss often comes down to the size of the game. Better to miss at something worthy of you than to succeed at something too small.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). You've been circling an idea for a while and today it suddenly feels so right to stop orbiting and land. It starts with a small step. It won't be perfect, but it will be real. This is when the work -- and joy -- begin anew.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Someone who seemed aloof or unreadable will show their softer side. You'll realize they've been tracking everything all along -- quietly rooting for you, even. Let this shift your assumptions about who's in your corner.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Harmony matters more than optimization. It's not your job to fix every system you interact with. Efficiency is nice, but peace is better. If it's working well enough, let it be. Save your energy for what truly needs your attention.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). A feeling isn't right or wrong. But how you respond to it -- that's where your power is. Today you'll get curious instead of critical and you'll ask: What might this feeling be pointing to? What does it need from me?
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You'll come around to a truth that others still refuse to see. This gives you a strange kind of power: the ability to stop pretending. Wow, does that ever free up a lot of energy. Use it to make bold, liberating moves.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). The aesthetic is strong, but you know beauty alone isn't enough. A meaningful connection requires substance beneath the surface -- something you'll be drawn to, even if the packaging isn't quite your usual style.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). More commitment means more success. But what if you're committed to the wrong thing? Then discomfort will tell you, and you'll respond. That's what commitment does. It makes results, for better or worse, pronounced, acute and actionable.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You've outgrown something emotionally -- but you haven't fully realized it yet. Today offers proof: what used to sting no longer does. Instead, you carry on with ease with fresh energy to send in new directions.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). One productive action will unlock a cascade of wins, some of which you will never know about. It may not feel like you're doing much because you're so used to your daily work. Keep track! You're going to want to remember this.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (June 29). You're the event this year. You don't have to dress for it, announce it, send invitations -- your presence does all the work. You're a bright star attracting orbits wherever you go, whether they are as big as a gala or as small as a mailbox. More highlights: five financial bonuses, a blast from the past that goes on and on in a good way, and the perfect teacher helping you add a skill. Libra and Aquarius adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 5, 3, 33, 12 and 48.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: Gary Busey is a strange and compelling fixture in pop culture -- part wild-card character actor, part spiritual trickster. His work is influential not just because of his vast filmography or memorable performances, but because of his eccentric charisma, viral aphorisms ("Buseyisms"), and unpredictable media presence. From "The Buddy Holly Story" (1978) to the upcoming Halloween horror flick "Trick and Treats," Busey leads with all the complexity and heart of someone with four luminaries in moon-ruled Cancer.
