Being the owners of two dogs who shed, we wage a daily battle against the fur. We keep up with it, but having a vacuum like the new Ultenic U15 smart cordless to test instantly made life easier.

The Ultenic U15 is lightweight, doesn’t take up much closet space, and is easy to move around. It stands upright; often this style is referred to as a stick vacuum. The standalone style makes it easy to store, grab and put back to charge.

Several other attachments are included to reach and clean different areas.

Its 6-stage filtration system is said to capture up to 99.97% of microscopic particles, including dirt, dust, hair, pollen and allergens. Everything is captured in an easy-to-empty 1.2L dustbin, without having to touch the collected dust.

The 180-degree swivel head, with onboard LED lights, makes it simple to reach anywhere: corners, under tables or sofas, etc. Having hair get tangled in the roller brush is not a thing with the U15; its tangle-free roller brush resists hair wrapping, as I can attest from my dogs and my wife’s long hair.

There are three modes: carpet, floor and turbo, which uses the maximum power. The black-and-gold U15 charges with the included AC adapter and runs for up to 65 minutes. A wall mount is included.
