KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- With her long hair tamed in an pretty updo, suited up in a “Masculine” Versace blazer with a matching plaid mini skirt, Taylor Swift was spectactor-in-chief at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday.
Fresh from receiving six Grammy nominations Friday, Swift wore head-to-toe Versace worth more than $9,000, including the accessories, according to Sarah Chapelle, keeper of the popular Taylor Swift Styled on Instagram.
She arrived at the stadium with her mother, Andrea Swift.
The Versace red-and-black tweed “Masculine Blazer” ($3,350) matched the tweed mini skirt ($1,695.00), which she paired with a black bustier.
The black Medusa 95 leather knee-high boots ($1,990.00) and black Medusa 95 small tote bag ($2,190.00) were also Versace.
Chapelle declared the look “an immediate copy and paste” outfit.
“Very well played. I also have to say I love the ‘tension’ in this look,” she wrote. “You have very ladylike elements here like a preppy chic Heathers/Clueless blazer/skirt set paired with a ladylike French twist updo that are juxtaposed with boldly confident details like a (yet another TTPD-approved) bustier and pointed stiletto heeled knee high boots.
“And it all works!”
Her fans loved the look, too.
The game-day fit was more serious than the whimsical Sunday Striped Cotton Dress ($2,390) by Vivienne Westwood Swift wore in New York City Friday night on an outing with friend Zoe Kravitz and comedian Jerrod Carmichael.
On Friday morning, Swift, Beyonce, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter all snagged nominations in the Grammys’ top general categories — song, album and record of the year.
The awards will be handed out Feb. 2.
Swift begins wrapping up her record-breaking Eras Tour on Thursday with a three-concert stand in Toronto. She has nine shows left before the tour — which undeniably changed the course of her personal life — ends Dec. 8 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
