Cardi B has turned her fourth baby’s umbilical cord into a golden heart-shaped bracelet, after the rapper welcomed her first child with Stefon Diggs this month.

The verified Mommy Made Encapsulation account shared on Instagram this week that the Bronx-bred Grammy winner, 33, had commissioned their company for the task.

“Where her journey started… turned into a keepsake she’ll treasure forever,” the video was captioned. “Creating this keepsake is always such an honor, but doing it for Cardi and her sweet baby again means the world to us.”

In an earlier post, Mommy Made Encapsulation also showed off a label that said, “This placenta belongs to: Cardi B (Round 2).”

“Thank you, Cardi, for trusting me again with your magical placenta,” wrote company founder Juliane Marie Corona. “We back in the lab like it’s tradition at this point.”

In November 2024, the account first shared it was working with Cardi, captioning a post: “No words needed for this placenta encapsulation.”

Cardi and Diggs, a 31-year-old wide receiver for the New England Patriots, welcomed their baby boy on Nov. 4, according to a post this week with the first public images of the baby.

The rapper also shares daughters Blossom, 1, and Kulture, 7, as well as son Wave, 4, with estranged husband Offset, from whom she filed for divorce in 2024.
